From the kitchen #5


Has: Nile perch, semi-dried tomatoes, shallots, spring onions, garlic, olives, basil, manchego cheese, angel hair pasta, tomato sauce and chilli soya sauce
Tastes: Light with a bit of spice
Other info: For just a hint of spiciness, take the seeds out of the chilli before putting it in the soya sauce.  You can leave it overnight to infuse for a bit more spice.

In this age, where almost every mobile phone comes with a camera, I wonder if the significance of moments become lost.  We spend so much time trying to capture it, that we forget about experiencing it.  

Would you rather have the perfect photograph of your god-daughter blowing out her birthday candles or to have stood next to her to help her blow them out?
